Region 19 had a Caucus at the Long Beach AGM for the first time ever, with three members: Edgar Atadero from Progay Phillipines, Sridhar Rangayan from KASHISH MIQFF, India and Joseph Chan from Hong Kong Pride.

They discussed issues specific to the region including homophobia, legal issues, fundamentalist groups' interventions, government bans and how pride events are still held despite all these problems. The group decided that they would support and strengthen existing Pride events in the region and invite them to become members of Interpride. Since a regional conference is not feasible at this point, the caucus will meet online once every month.
