Photograph, Audio, Video, and Data Release

This release applies to photographic, audio, or video recordings (the material) submitted as part of InterPride's #StandWithTrans campaign only. Where the supply of such material may pose a safety or security risk to individuals, applicants should refrain from uploading any videos.

By agreeing to the terms, the submitter:

• grants permission for use of photographs, images and sounds, as recorded on audio or video, voluntarily submitted, without payment or any other consideration 
• understands that images and videos associated with the submission may be edited, copied, exhibited, published or distributed and waives the right to inspect or approve the finished product 
• waives any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of images, recordings, or other data obtained for the submission
• agrees and grants permission to InterPride to use all images, videos, and other materials, at our discretion, for publication in the public realm (i.e., website, social media, email correspondence, press release)
• understands that this permission signifies that photographic or video recordings may be electronically displayed via the Internet or in a public setting
• acknowledges that they will not be consulted about the use of the photographs or video recordings
• agrees to forgo any and all claims against any person or organization utilizing the material for any legal purpose
• understands that there is no time limit on the validity of this release, nor is there any geographic limitation on where these materials may be distributed.  

By agreeing to this release, the submitter acknowledges that they have read and fully understood the above conditions and agree to be bound by them.
